Tekno.io publishes books in The AI-Accelerated Playbook Series™, a free newsletter and content library, and paid services that may include consulting and advisory, workshops and training, courses, and speaking. Free resources are provided as-is for general educational use.

3. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information when you submit a form, subscribe, or book a call.
• Do not use the site for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not share paid course, workshop, or client material with people who have not purchased it.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, frameworks, templates, graphics, and the names The AI-Accelerated Playbook Series™, The Funnel to Flywheel Loop™, and the 120-Day GTM Game Clock — is owned by Thomas E. Doherty or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote briefly with attribution. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the material without written permission.

Templates and worksheets supplied as part of a purchase or engagement may be used inside your own organisation. They may not be resold or used to create a competing product.

5. Purchases, books, and third parties

Books are sold through Amazon and are governed by Amazon’s own terms, pricing, and return policy. Where a product or service is sold directly through this site, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, and the price, term, and refund policy are shown at the point of purchase before you pay. Refund terms for direct purchases are confirmed by Tom before those products go on sale.

6. Advisory, workshop, and consulting engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate written scope or proposal that defines the deliverables, timeline, fees, and the agreed result. Where a result is guaranteed, the guarantee and its terms are set out in that written scope. Nothing on this website is a promise of a specific business outcome on its own.

7. No professional advice

The content on this site is general business education, not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for how you apply it to your own situation, and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

8. Results and testimonials

Results described on this site are specific to the situations described and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same. Any testimonials published are genuine and attributed with permission.
