Studio & service area
Incline Village, Nevada — and wherever the work is.
The studio sits on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, in Incline Village. I run a Starlink Mini a mile and a quarter up in the Sierra, so the office is quiet, wide open, and wherever I happen to be that day. The work itself is remote-first.
The studio
Incline Village, Nevada
North shore of Lake Tahoe, on the Nevada side. Quiet, wide open, and a long way from the noise — which is the point.
Service area
Remote-first, worldwide
Working with B2B technology teams across US time zones and internationally. Calls are scheduled in your local time; in-person sessions are arranged case by case.
Why here
The distance is the advantage.
The GTM world is loud. Frameworks get recycled, trends get declared dead, and everyone is selling the replacement. Working from the Sierra makes it easier to do the one thing that actually matters: build the play, run it, and read what the market did.
Teams across the Bay Area, Reno, Sacramento, and beyond are all a normal working day away. So is every client in every other time zone.
- Nearby. Tahoe, Reno, Truckee, Sacramento, and the Bay Area are all within a normal working rhythm.
- Remote by default. Video or phone, scheduled in your time zone.
- In person on request. Workshops and on-site sessions are arranged per engagement.

The through-line
Plays, not pablum.
Wherever the studio happens to be, the work is the same: specific plays, specific tools, specific outcomes, all running on a clock.
